Very slow delivery, very dull colours, but did get a very cheap deal
Ouku offer customers a big discount voucher for providing a review. They offer this as soon as you buy, so well before you get delivery. Many of the reviewers clearly took up this offer and their review is based purely on the ordering experience and NOT on what was actually delivered. I have waited until delivery, which took 3 and a half weeks. About 2 weeks to despatch, around a further week to get to the UK and then 3 days for Royal Mail to deliver (mostly because of the weekend). I took the risk on ordering despite the many bad reviews as I had waited for a very special offer and got 2 shirts for under a tenner in total and felt that was worth the risk. Obviously the shirts are Polyester which I expected. The manufacturing quality doesn't appear to be too bad. Far from perfect but usable. The colours however are VERY FAR from being any where near as vibrant as shown on the website and are rather dull. The designs also seem to be different to as photographed, almost as if they've tried to reproduce them but not done such a good job as the photographed versions. One shirt is a little bit narrower and therefore tighter than advertised. Just a couple of cms though so another incentive to lose some weight! All in all it's disappointing but kind of what I expected and for the price I'll put up with them but am unlikely to order again, and certainly can't recommend. trustPilot are now threatening to remove this review unless I give Ouku my details and details of the order. However I'm not YET ready to do that as they sent me another very cheap offer so I decided to try them again to see if my first experience was just bad luck. Until that 2nd order gets delivered (probably in about 3 weeks) I don't want to influence how they deal with it by giving them details of my first order as it wouldn't then be a fair test.
