Update to my previous review. My microphone has stopped working and restarts are not fixing the problem. I'm unable to get my cracked screen fixed either.
Could be better.
I own the F2 smartphone. It works ok but drops calls and slows down while playing games with just basics graphics. The microphone stops working about 4-5 times a month and only restarts(X3) fixes this issue. I wouldn't recommend this company until customer service is greatly improved.

I have the F2 and it was a decent phone. However as it ages I keep getting more issues that keep me from getting full use of the phone. That's why a three stars rating is all I'm giving here.

I own a F2. Although I had to wait a very long time to receive it. It was not the fault of Umidigi. My F2 was a good phone, not great when I first started using it. I now have multiple issues that a re-start is not correcting.
F2 phone
I own a F2 and it does have some issues. These are generally taken care of with a restart. Umidigi customer service does need improvement however.
Umidigi needs better ssupport.
Umidigi phones work alright with some issues that seem to be product specific such as the volume issues with the F2. These issues need attention by Umidigi support a lot quick than what they have provided so far.
Decent phone at a good price.
The F2 I own is a decent phone. Very few issues that can be resolved with a restart. This company however needs to greatly improve shipping times and online customer service. When these two items are greatly improved I will give them more stars.
Online support needs improvement!
I ordered the Umidigi F2 as it's specifications were impressive to me. Although there were issues in shipping it due to the Hongkong riots I did receive the F2 a few months later. I'm quite satisfied with my new phone and only had minor issues with it. These issues are resolved with just a restart of the phone. This is a good thing as online customer service support from Umidigi is quite a different story. Online customer service support was almost nonexistent right from the time I ordered the phone. So I can only give Umidigi three stars at this time. An improvement with online support will get more stars in the future.
