Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Spent hours uploading photos/videos to site only to find them ALL gone the following day. No live chats available to ask them to restore my photo/videos. Sent multiple emails and awaiting reply. Funeral within the week and have no idea if this is actually going to work. SO FRUSTRATED!
