Recharge System just doesn't work
Recharge System just doesn't work. Tried to complete the "simple" recharge wallet submission via Wise payment. Caused an absolute headache as they were expecting a GBP payment, despite sending the funds in CNY/RMB. Customer service were painful to deal with, tried to tell me I hadn't sent enough money when they were showing me someone else's transfer. Made all the excuses under the sun about not being able to process the recharge. Stated their finance department weren't working, but then quoted responses from their finance department during customer service chat. If you're going to deal with them, just accept you'll be paying additional inflated conversion rates when paying via credit card. The wallet recharge process to try and save money isn't remotely worth the hassle.
