If I could give a zero rating, I would. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company unless you are prepared to struggle to obtain a proper refund for items that are not fit for purpose. I have spent days going back and forth trying to return an unused bra that offers no support whatsoever—honestly, it has as much support as a wet tissue. Despite this, I have been told I must pay £40.00 to return an item that originally cost £24.00. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. The aftersales support is extremely poor and has done nothing to resolve the issue in a fair or satisfactory way. I will be raising my concerns across all social media platforms where I see this company advertising, as this experience has raised serious doubts about the legitimacy of their listings.
