Sent wrong colour of dress
Bought 3 bridesmaid dresses for £80 each and paid £37 delivery, dresses are lovely however, I ordered silver and got Taupe! Can’t get a refund because it’s past the 7 days policy which is a bit harsh, considering my sisters have jobs and my friend lives over an hour away and also has her job, the dresses weren’t delivered in the time frame said (only a couple of days) but oh well, and when I explained, they only offered a 10% coupon which I can’t be bothered to use as I’ll probably won’t buy from them anymore, the only issue I have is the fact my dresses are near to brown than they are Silver!!
