So far on my first time purchase of 4 wigs the service has been excellent. Customer service is very supportive and knowledgeable and my emails have been answered very quickly and consistently. I'm a first time wig shopper and all four wigs were returned. The first three returns have been credited to my account with no issue and I'm waiting fourth (sent one day later) to be received and credited , hopefully today. I will be ordering another selection and hoping that I can make better choices the second time around.
