I have to say the wig shop has the best gal with 50years experience with wigs and I know that is what I'm paying for there. But to be able to get the same wig in a different color for less is a plus! So far on my first time purchase of 4 wigs the service has been excellent. Customer service is very supportive and knowledgeable and my emails have been answered very quickly and consistently. I'm a first time wig shopper and all four wigs were returned. The first three returns have been credited to my account with no issue and I'm waiting fourth (sent one day later) to be received and credited , hopefully today. I will be ordering another selection and hoping that I can make better choices the second time around.

I love this style and have a lot of them. When I first tried this one on I didn't like it thought it was too shiny and didn't fall right on my face. Was able to fix the shine and change the part a little and now I love it. Their return policy is great when I have needed it. Cameron is beautiful and I get so many complements. When I say it's a wig they say NO WAY.

It was not the company the reason for my return. I was not sure of how to shop for a wig. There was a large obvious ridge and I didn't know to shop for a lace edge. Thank you for allowing me to return. Before shopping I will get better advice.

This is my first time ordering from your company. Ordering was very easy and you had my color choice and delivery was quick. However, I have found that photos of the wigs are not accurate, not just by your company but by others that I have ordered from in the past. I'm searching for a low-density wig and alot of them are, however, when I received the wigs they are not low density and there is way to much hair (and are face floppers). I find this to be a universal problem with all wig companies.

When I order, my wig is shipped same day -- if the website says it's ready to ship, it's ready to ship. For us ladies who wear wigs everyday quality and availability is important. I have never been disappointed and their site is fun to browse.

Got my first one- took a week but, LOVE IT! It was the first one I bought ever for my thinning hair. Grabbed a second one.. should get it tomorrow. Just to have for spare. Looks just like me.
