Great customer service and great hair topper
Wig Studio 1 was very pro-active in letting me know that my topper was out of stock and the letting me know when I could expect it. They sent me several emails to keep me posted. I appreciated that. I now have my topper, and it's perfect!
Nice cut and color
Andi's wigs youtube channel reviewing this wig helped me choose this wig. It came in a timely manner. The color is nice. The cut and style are as expected.

My wig shows it was delivered yesterday…
My wig shows it was delivered yesterday at 1:56 to my mailbox and I have searched every nook and crannie on my property and mail box and it is not there. My Ring camera shows no one at my door at that time either.

My last purchase was a Jon Renau Petite Ignite in 8/30. I love it. I love all the information provided on each wig. I especially like it when there is a review (or 2) available right on the page where you are looking at the wig. The wig was received in a reasonable time, especially since it was not available at WS1 on the day I ordered it. WS1 web cite is so much fun, so easy to use and there is always help from Customer Service if needed. Usually I don't, but nice to know it's there and responsive. I have used it in the past.

I ordered 2 wigs on same day within 2…
I ordered 2 wigs on same day within 2 hours of each other. 1st wig was shipped immediately. 2nd we wig didn't even process until 6 "business days" after I placed the order. I asked, via email, to please cancel this order, but they stated it can not be canceled. So frustrating.
