What makes a business stand out these days is their post-purchase service. I received my order from WS1; two were keepers while the third needed to go back. I filed for the return and the whole process was a breeze. No lengthy input box for your reason nor a push for just store credit. They treated me like an adult…and, I appreciate that immensely. This treatment makes me want to order from them again…plus WS1 is a woman owned business. :)

My wig came faster than I thought it would. I was so pleased and as soon as I tried it on it was perfect and I love this so much I ordered two more but then something happened. They got a hold of me because one of the colors of the wig I picked out was no longer available and they told me I had two days to pick another color I’ll let them know right away so they could get it shipped to me if they didn’t hear from me in two days they would give me a full refund now that’s what I call a good company with a great customer service and her wigs are gorgeous. I gotta slow down. I gotta put some more money in my piggy bank to get me some more, but I love this company. They don’t take their customers for granted they aim to please and I’m very pleased.

I was impressed with the quick shipping and the ease of return of the wig I purchased. Unfortunately I did not care for the wig as it was shorter than in videos I searched for before buying and the root color was darker and more “grown out” looking than I cared for. Will purchase from them again as this was my second purchase from them and did keep and love my other purchase
