I find that wig Studio 1 delivers consistent customer service I.e. delivering my order within a reasonable time, delivering what I ordered, the color I ordered and quality of my order. I find that they are not always the cheapest but I also find that they don’t always charge shipping. I don’t remember the circumstances for them not charging shipping. Sorry. Overall I think they are a good company to deal with and I am a repeat buyer. I don’t have any (buyer beware) issues that I have with other wig companies.

I use the app. Shopping is so easy there. You can view the wigs from many aspects. Often there is a video of a model wearing the piece which is very helpful. I purchased two wigs I have purchased before in different colors. They arrived very quickly much faster than I expected. Wig Studio 1 has excellent prices. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchases.

As much as I love the fact they appear to have a lot in stock, I don't love the prices and I do not order from this site. They have a great stock because the prices are too high. I will browse the site, but I do not let myself buy. Also, early in my wig wearing experience I attempted to order an item from this site and I believe they accidentally priced the item too low, they wrote back and said it was out of stock but then I saw they upped the price of the same item on the site and it showed in stock. Yeah, don't like doing business with people who are not honest with me. What works? Uh hey, that pricing was a mistake on our part, do you still want the merchandise? Who knows, I may have bought it. But now I won't buy anything from this online site.

The wig was beautiful. Been wearing wigs for several years and this is the first wig I’ve ever worn straight from the box. Fit is perfect. Color is as advertised. Fibers are beautiful. Cut and style are as advertised. I didn’t have to tweak a thing. Price was outstanding. Best of all was the return option which I didn’t need but if I had it would have been easy. The wig came beautifully packaged.

Unfortunately, my wig did not work out for me because it was too dark. I am silver gray and this was a true salt and pepper. The return process was so easy and I was given the choice of full refund or store credit and I chose store credit because I am confident that I will find a wig that will work.
