Great service and fast shipping but I hate the wig. Black tie is the most face flopper wig I’ve had. Parts of the bang won’t even lay down and stick out stick out straight.
It’s as if they are too short. Heat comb hasn’t helped or steam or blow drying. I wasted my $200 on a clearance wig. My fault.

I love Wig Studio 1. I’ve bought about 9 wigs from them. Good prices. I know my wig will always be what I want. I like Jett by Esthetica . I have many. They make me happy. Jett looks so much better in person than it does on their website. You can trust these people. The founder and I share the same reason for hair loss and it’s refreshing she can be so honest about it. I’m 75 and only disclosed to my friend of 72 years why I have hair loss. It’s a great place to buy a wig and feel safe.

I have never had a company respond so quickly,literally I needed to find a different wig as mine was out of stock till September or October. I found one I liked and with in 2 weeks after financial was finalized, credit where needed my wig arrived. Thank you for your expediency and professional customer service.

The wig was terrible. The front was so short and stick straight out. AND I couldn't return it. If I new that I couldn't return, I would have never ordered.
