(Wife)-Love the Rene of Paris & Alexander Couture wigs I bought! The hair is so soft and the density is low but it still looks full. I ordered 2 wigs, one Rene of Paris and one Alexander Couture, both in the color “Creamy Toffee”. The colors were different. I liked the Rene of Paris “Creamy Toffee” better than the other. I am now looking at other wigs from this line in that color, I really like it. Love these affordable wigs!
The color is great. I probably would have loved it if It didn't take over 6 months to get. I think I've purchased several similar styles since, so now it just feels redundant. I'm sure I'll get around to wearing it eventually.
The hair is great! The color match what I selected and the clips hold well. The texture is also very nice! I'm not usualy one to complaine about a free suprise, but the brush is super stif plastic and is not nice to use. I also didn't try curling it since my hair is strait.

The order arrived very quickly in 3 or 4 days. They are very comfortable in the large size. I love the style. I am looking for to getting some wig wax to assist me on a little tweaking. I am motivated to try more styles leaning towards my natural color (reddish blonde) before I branch out as a full time wig wearer. Love love love 💕 The honey ginger is close to my bio hair color with a touch of root coloring for dimension. I love that. And the sandy blonde is bold and sassy for me. A bright change. If I could give zero, I would So misleading, the website is misleading. They make you believe that you are ordering from the UK on their website. They even have an address based in Islington. This is completely fictitious. Apparently it’s a place where they collect the returns which is a shop owned by somebody else you can check this on google. There is no physical site. I ordered two weeks on the 27th of July because of my chemotherapy. I have no hair and I thought they looked reputable. I’m still waiting even though I needed it for my next chemo session. I’ve spoken to customer services several times and they keep saying because it’s gone with FedEx it’s out of their hands however my contract is with them. I wish I’d never bothered it’s enough going through cancer and losing your hair but having the humiliation and the expectation of being able to cover it up is so important FedEx change their delivery date and again I was told there’s nothing they can do once it’s left Canada it’s out of their hands. In future don’t trust them don’t presume they are based in the UK even though their website clearly states they are. If you’re ordering something for the hell of it and just for fun, no problem. You can wait however when it’s for something so serious and life changing I would’ve expected better care and more empathy. Thank you for making me feel so upset and thank you for your not understanding. I wish I’d never bothered. I should’ve just bought something from the UK but as I said little did I know it would be such a misrepresentation.
Everything was as I expected. The wig was beautiful. Delivered in a timely manner; and questions I had initially were answered. I previously returned an item, ( I didn't like the color for me) and that, was also handled super efficiently

Adorable wig color brown frosted the best color for me, thanks to Katia at the store in Oakville excellent good service and patience to get what I like with no too many choices in stock but she got one for me.
Love this wig but I’m having problems keeping the bangs out of my face :( I know how to fix it with heat, it’s not staying :( Love the wig though, just need to be fixed.

I love Simmer! I am actually wearing her today! I also love Chiquel, it is quickly becoming my favorite alternative hair place, which is a big plus as there are so many options out there. I love your influencers and educators. I wish I had half the knowledge when I bought my first human hair wig. Made some expensive mistakes. I plan to visit the store someday, it will be a hike though, 18 hours to Dallas or 7 hours to KC. I want to move outside my normal brown colors and see what other colors will compliment my skin tone!

I’ve purchased several wigs from Chiquel.com and have loved most of them. The ones I didn’t were my fault for picking in the first place. I just received Sizzle in Berry Cream and she is absolutely stunning! I wore her in public for the first time on Date Night and I felt like a Mermaid Princess. I received SEVERAL random compliments while dining, from both servers and diners. I will be wearing her again soon!! Not as a Daily Driver, she’s so much more than that(!!), but definitely for special occasions!

Love Chiquel!! They offer top brands as well as excellent discounts. The Live's on Tuesday are so helpful along with the video's which Amanda's and other wig sisters' post. I have also found the customer service to be outstanding!
I love my Jon Renau Maeve wig.she’s so cute to wear in different styles. I really love ordering from Chiquel. Customer service is great and the sales are the best out there. I look on other websites but I always come back to Chiquel to order my wigs.
