I love the Donna wig by Belle Tress. It’s light and wavy and it’s just the right length. I wish they had more blonde colors.
The good and the bad
There are many things to like about Chiquel. They have great selection. Their prices are fair. Their sales are usually good and we love Amanda. But I have bought many wigs over the years from many different companies, and Chiquel takes absolutely the longest to ship their wigs. I’m not talking about pre-order. These are in stock wigs. Why oh why must it take so long to ship it?

Lots of selection, easy to filter, happy with my purchase! But, not 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1. Please improve return policy. Not okay that most of the time your products are on sale and therefore automatically make them ineligible for refund if they dont work. For those of us going through chemotherapy, having never worn any wigs before need a refund policy so we can try on and learn what works. Okay to insist on prefect condition, but we need the option. 2. Shipping for hair pieces was longer than desired. Hoping this can be improved in the future. Also, wig box came damaged.
The only negative would be the slow time. The prices and customer service has been outstanding.

First time with wigs
First time with wigs. I had questions and needed guidance. They were so helpful and helped guide me to a wig #1 I could afford (did't want to invest heavily until I knew what I was doing) and the color was perfect!

Delivery service is excellent and safe
Delivery service is excellent and safe. Customer service is responsive to phone calls and emails. They have helped me out many times when I have forgotten to put gift certificates in on an order. I find the prices to be the best in most cases. And will not deal with anyone else any more.

The wig is great. Fits perfectly. Lightweight which is important to me. Ordering and shipping was good too. Support staff is professional and helpful.

It took more than three weeks to get…
It took more than three weeks to get two wigs that I ordered. The website says that you can get a refund if you return it within so many days. Lo and behold, when I go online to return one of the wigs says I'm only eligible for a store credit. This is quite misleading since the website clearly says that you get a refund. To make things even worse and more deceptive I find out that whatever I order with my store credit is a final sale, therefore I cannot return it or get a refund. So I better be sure when I use that store credit that it's something I'm going to be satisfied with. I found the whole process very deceptive. They advertise some kind of sale every day of the year so that gives them an excuse to say that you don't get a refund. You only get a store credit yet their prices are pretty much the same as the other stores. Will never order from that site again.
