Chiquel is a very user friendly company. Since I do not live anywhere near any of your stores to try on wigs, I appreciate that I can return wigs that end up not being what I expected. I also like the quick responses from your customer care department. I trust your company. My only wish, is that you had more hair models on your website showing all of the colors choices. I have to go searching the web for videos to see what certain colors look like on real people..ie YouTube, Instagram, and/or Tic ToK.
The wig is great. Exactly what I was expecting. Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the wig shine spray I ordered with the wig was missing. By the time it arrived and I let customer service know, it was sold out so they refunded me for it. Still disappointing not to get the spray.
I love this wig. But the shipping is the problem. It is delivered to our apt. Mailbox for signature and of course I can't sign and they do not deliver to the apt. All other arrivals come to the apt except chiquel. I will be ordering more but not looking forward to the delivery issues.
They are a wonderful place to buy wigs and get information and tips. I visit the website several times a day. Love!
Delivery is always straight forward and on time. I was disappointed with the wig I received especially since it was Jon Renau. I have always had great results with Jon Renau but the wig I received was not to what their standard is. It was dry, you could see the lace (lace was super scratchy). I love the style but may look elsewhere for something similar from one of the other wig brands offered at Chiquel!!
