I had 2 wigs in my cart at Shop.com
I had 2 wigs in my cart at Shop.com. I never purchased them, but for some reason, shop.com must have had a glitch and put the order through. As soon as I received the notification about the purchase, I contacted Chiquel customer support to let them know I never placed the order for the 2 wigs. Yes, they were in my cart, but, NO, I DID NOT PUT THAT ORDER THROUGH! Customer Support gave me a hard time, even though it was right after I received the notification about the supposed purchase. I even CALLED customer service, so the wigs would not be shipped but I was told I would receive a callback the following day! I was not allowed to speak with anyone of authority, despite me asking for a supervisor! I did my best to make sure the wigs weren't shipped but I couldn't make someone talk to me! I got a nasty email a few days later berating me because the wigs had already been shipped. NOT MY FAULT! I ALERTED THEM IMMEDIATELY BUT THEY CHOSE TO MAKE ME WAIT A DAY BEFORE GETTING BACK TO ME! I was informed I was solely responsible for other customers not being able to receive their wigs because they had to track down the wigs they shipped to me, despite me making it VERY CLEAR I had NEVER placed that order! I immediately deleted the Shop app as they were so damn irresponsible by putting the order through without my authorization! Chiquel customer service told me that from now on, I would never be able to receive any exceptions from the Company in relation to refunds or exchanges. Chiquel is not the only wig company out there! WHY would I shop there again when I was treated in such a horrible manner????? I will never shop at Chiquel again, even if they were giving away wigs. I tried to let them know not to send the wigs, as I never ordered them, but it was their choice to put it on the back burner, then blame ME that the wigs were shipped???? NOPE, JUST NOPE! This is a horrid company!

Hi Marjorie, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback; however, several details in this review are inaccurate. Our records confirm that the order was completed through checkout and included a $20 gift card code that was manually entered at the time of purchase. This was not an automatic order created from items simply being left in a shopping cart. We also received your cancellation request seven days after the order was placed, at which point it had already been prepared for shipment. Even so, our team went to the shipping dock and manually pulled your package from among hundreds of outgoing orders in an effort to accommodate your request. We understand that the experience was frustrating, but we respectfully ask that the circumstances and timeline be represented accurately, particularly given the efforts our team made to assist you and the exception that was ultimately provided.

I am always happy with the JR HEAT, just wish there was another new shade l could choose. As l don’t like Catalina Blonde. Otherwise, delivery was good and the product l bought was very good.

I love this hairpiece!!
The hairpiece came in a timely manner and in a nice box. I got a free mystery surprise, a comb. The hairpiece is very nice and was so reasonably priced! I'm really thinning on the top of my head and the clips go down lower, which is great!! My hairdresser was able to cut in more bangs, and shorten it a bit. It's such a nice hairpiece with just the right amount of curl, and heat friendly! I love it!!!

Cool pixie purchase in Sunset Melt
Love your web site especially Amanda! She does a great job modeling the wigs. The wig I purchased wasn't a color I normally would wear but thought I would take a chance since it was priced so well. I'm not crazy about the color on me but still like it enough to wear it That was the first wig I purchased from Chiquel. I just purchased two more in the past week and a half. I'm sure I will be buying more from your website in the future

Delivery
Delivery was fast. Love the ability to make an offer. The only thing I don't like is when something is on back order, you are not told until after you purchase your order, and you won't know until you inquire about it weeks later.

4 of 5, I know it was circumstances beyond control with the mfg, however …
I know it was circumstances beyond Chiquel control that delayed my original order to the point I ended up choosing another model that was also pre-release, but with Belle Tress it seems to come with the territory. I'm very saddened by the mfg (my assumption) decision to discontinue so many models. I first tried BTress with Herrera V and immediately chose to stay with the brand. I can use a wet brush with abandon on these models and yet still have them looking great with 2 of them in a weekly rotation of daily use. Up do's, blow out looks, high pony's, french twists, with a pony, through a standard ball cap it just keeps going with lots of hard use. These models seem indestructible, but they are showing the wear with some stretched fibers and wearing lace. My only alteration was on scalloping the lace edge. I love my Miki V too, but keeping her in reserve for very special occasions, unless something even better comes along. I suspect soon enough the oldest of the Herrera's will wear out and will be looking for a style that is consistent. I have 7 more years in the workforce and prefer to keep things steady in a high pressure/stress environment. These styles exude professionalism and are an asset in health care executive board engagements. The 5th star would be with BTress giving better consistency in delivery.
