My wig is beautiful, longer than I expected. The hair is super soft too. It did come with quite a bit of breakage on the top though. Also wish the wig had combs for the front as it doesn’t stay put super well.

For the short hairs. To be honest, it's the folding hair, this is the process of making this wig, all factories do this. The principle of doing this is that we leave about 4 inches of hair out and tie it through a hole in the lace when we hook hairs, resulting in short hairs on one head and longer hair on the other, other companies usually leave 2-3 inches, which is shorter. I purchased a wig about a month ago deciding to splurge and do a "treat" for myself. It's not cheap, as I usually wear wigs that run under or just slightly over $200. The wig I purchased, Yvonne, was around 500$
I left a review on their page already but funnily enough it doesn't show up. So I'm utilizing this as an "update". They responded to some of these complaints of mine already regarding off color saying it's "lighting" but I saw a video of it too and still didn't look the same. I had to tone it, which at first had a green hue which I had to fix with a pink wash. I shouldn't have to do this with a 500$ wig
The hair would not last a year even if you had a genie at your demand lol it quickly degraded in quality.
Cons:
-hair was a different color
-SO MANY fly aways. Like. Way too many.
-hair degraded in quality FAST and I followed instruction as I usually do and even have deep conditioned with multiple methods I usually do for other wigs (human hair). This has not fixed the issue. I've only had this wig for a little over a month and have hardly applied heat to it. This should NOT happen for this price point. I've had cheaper wigs last me longer AND respond better to deep conditioning.
-the ends of the hair quickly became dry to the point I had to trim. Now, I've gone from a 18" wig to 16" to now about a 12". It felt like every time I cut it, the ends would just become what they were again-D r y and brittle.
Pros:
-the lace melted for me (medium/cappuccino)
-the fit was great compared to other brands I've tried
-i like the density AFTER washing. As it's more full/natural. When you first open the package, admittedly, it looks way too thin.
I ordered one more to give it a shot but that was before the degrading was really noticeable. I don't plan on purchasing again. If you read this, please be aware.

We understand that lighting, screen settings, and even different batches of raw hair can create subtle visual differences, so we provide free return & exchange service if customer is not satisfied with the color ( lace need to be intact)
2. About the hair quality and dryness:
This is the most important point we need to clarify. Our human hair wigs are pre-colored and treated to maintain optimal softness and durability. However, any additional chemical processing—such as re-dyeing, toning, or bleaching—will inevitably compromise the hair cuticle and accelerate dryness, breakage, and shedding.
You mentioned that you "had to tone it" and later applied a "pink wash" to correct a green hue. While we understand you felt the color was off, these chemical treatments are the most likely cause of the rapid degradation you described—the brittleness, the dry ends, and the need for frequent trims. This is not a defect in our product; it is an expected outcome when already-colored human hair undergoes additional chemical processing.
3. About our return policy:
For any customer who is uncertain about the color, we always recommend inspecting the wig without cutting the lace and contacting us immediately. Uncut lace allows for a full refund or exchange. Once the lace is cut and the wig is worn, it is no longer eligible for return—this is standard across the industry to protect hygiene and product integrity.

Just Wow!! My wife has cancer, natural hair wigs are easy 3000,- to 5000,- Euro. The wigs of Hairvivi are so full and so beautiful, my wife is in tears, because it means the world to her that you cant see that it is a wig. Since my original review, HairVivi continued engaging about my concerns, including offering to inspect the wig, which was not a practical option for me. I appreciate that they continued working toward a resolution.

I purchased the Rylee glueless wig because of HairVivi's strong reputation and premium price, but my experience was disappointing.
The hair itself was soft and looked beautiful, but the construction and quality control did not meet my expectations.
The issues I experienced included:
The knot bleaching appeared to extend beyond the knots into the hair roots. It wasn't noticeable under indoor lighting but became obvious in natural light.
Despite ordering the recommended size based on HairVivi's size chart and adjusting the straps, the sides of the wig would not lie flat from the temples downward. Tightening the straps only caused the back of the wig to bunch.
The side combs arrived loose in the box instead of being pre-sewn into the wig.
The wig arrived with a very strong perfume smell.
What disappointed me most was the customer service. When I contacted HairVivi, I was advised to use foundation to cover the roots and to use hairpins or lace spray to hold the sides of the wig down, even though this wig is marketed as a ready-to-wear glueless wig. I understand that some wigs may require additional styling or modifications, but that is not what I expected from a premium-priced wig advertised as ready to wear. I was hoping for a solution that addressed the quality concerns rather than suggestions for working around them.
One thing I wish I had known is that I couldn't identify either issue before cutting the lace. The root bleaching wasn't apparent under indoor lighting, and the side fit issue only became apparent after the excess lace was removed.
I can only speak to my own experience, but based on this purchase, I expected better quality control and customer service from a premium-priced brand.

I highly recommend Hairvivi! As someone in the midst of medical hair loss and medical bills, it’s wonderful to have a reasonably priced resource for high quality, beautiful wigs.
As owner of three of their wigs, Catherine, Maire and Chloe-I am pleased to know the quality is always consistent with beautiful silky hair, super realistic hairline and long lasting materials!
Hairvivi is very generous with their length too. When I order a 16” wig, it’s more like a 20”. Their products are already layered and come with lace intact so you can customize to your needs.

I ordered several wigs here over the last two years, one was too dark for me so had to be returned, even though UPS isn't very common in the Netherlands it was handled well. Customer service is really good, and I found my ultimate wig here (Briannah ;)). Hairline and knot bleeching are better than anywhere else. Lace is fragile so be careful, but totally worth it :)

I honestly cannot praise Hairvivi enough. For years, I have been wearing human hair wigs and have tried countless brands—including high-end ones that were incredibly expensive. However, absolutely none of them can even come close to the outstanding quality that Hairvivi delivers.
The hair itself is a total dream! It is so soft, silky, and feels completely natural. What truly blew me away is the lace; it is practically invisible and melts flawlessly into the skin. On top of that, shedding is almost non-existent. Even when washing and styling the wig, I barely lose any hair at all—which is something I have unfortunately experienced quite differently with other expensive brands in the past.

Very dissapointing. I heard a lot of hype on reddit about them and finally took the plunge and bought two of their most popular blondes. I got the wigs and first would say that the color representation was nothing like the pictures on their sites. Felt very deceiving. Secondly the quality is *bad* not just the hair, which isn't great- but even the cap itself was made very poorly. The front hairline which everyone glows about was literally plucked noticably unevenly! It was thicker on one side and further down than the other. My husband actually pointed it out it was that bad. The hair itself, well i don't know what to say other than they must be putting a lot of styling product in the ones that go in their videos because the amount of all the way down the hair shaft flyaways is insane! I expect some in a more budget piece, but these were a lot. I ended up just returning both wigs.

I wanted to update my review after my case has now been resolved.
My original concern remains the same. I experienced a significant lifting issue with one of my wigs due to the way the hair was knotted into the lace. As a professional hairdresser, I tried every styling method possible, but it could not be corrected. I have also experienced smaller lifting issues with previous Hairvivi wigs, although never to this extent.
The process with customer service was long, and at times I felt that my concerns were not fully understood, as I often received similar replies. However, after continued communication, Hairvivi listened to my feedback, reviewed my case again, and eventually offered a fair partial refund, which I appreciate.
I still hope Hairvivi continues to improve its quality control, as I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and would like to see more consistency in the construction of their wigs.

Thin hair and bad quality
The color that you buy is not the same as the one you will recive. Be ready for the hair being very thin. It feels like 2 straps of very thin hair. Feels more like an Instagram show off website than an actual good quality wig. And im pretty sure that is mixed with plastic. Feels so off

lace quality is amazing, truly a glueless wig with high‑quality lace and definitely one of the best I’ve bought. However, I purchased the Victoria straight wig and while it looked incredible out of the box, things changed after the first wash. The hair’s natural state is not straight. It becomes a curly‑wavy texture and it also gets quite frizzy once washed. For a unit that cost over £400, that’s disappointing.
The density is beautiful and looks very natural, but be aware that the hair texture may not match the advertised look. Purchase with caution if you’re expecting it to stay straight.

My experience with Hairvivi is a bit different than other reviews. My review is about the customer service. I ordered a silky straight wig and when it arrived, I was in awe! The hair was beautiful, the plucking perfect, and the quality amazing. However, I realize at me age, silky straight hair is not for me. I requested a return. I had to send a pic of the lace, was provided a return label and all went very smoothly. I then ordered one of their new curly wigs. After deliberating over my ability to install a wig, I felt almost $900 was too much to pay for a wig that would basically be a practice unit for me. I contacted customer service, explained my reason for wanting to cancel, and again everthing was seamless. Once I've mastered how to flawlessly install a wig, I'll order from Hairvivi! I love how the lace matched my chocolate skin! Looking forward to another awesome purchase!

My wig has changed my life ! My hair began thinning due to medical reasons, and I talked myself out of getting hair extensions as I didn’t want to pay for the upkeep plus they can look really fake . My hair was thinning badly, and after seeing so many TikTok reviews, I finally decided to invest in a wig from Hairvivi. Unfortunately, I regret it so much.
The wig had almost no secure hold on the sides, so every time I moved, it became visible and felt unstable. It kept slipping and never looked natural on me. The very first time I took it out of the box, strands of hair were already falling onto the floor.
I followed all the washing instructions carefully, but after washing, the wig looked even worse. I honestly didn’t even dare to wear it outside once because it never felt secure or natural enough.
I normally never write reviews and have nothing personal against the brand, but this honestly felt like a huge waste of money. It’s now just sitting on my table unused.
Also, especially if you’re a beginner with wigs, I would strongly suggest not buying this one. The company also doesn’t accept refunds once the lace is cut — but realistically, how are you supposed to know if a wig fits properly or looks natural without cutting the lace first?

I had a very disappointing experience with Hair Vivi, especially considering the price point (around $800).
First, the communication was poor. I specifically requested a size change for my wig, but they still sent the wrong size. I ended up keeping it and trying to make it work, which already wasn’t ideal.
Second, although the wig is advertised as 100% human hair, I was told I could not bleach or change the color. That defeats a major reason people invest in human hair wigs in the first place.
The biggest issue, however, was the lace quality. I clearly informed them that I am Caucasian, and they assured me the lace would match. It absolutely did not. The lace was too dark and not transparent, making it very noticeable when worn. This completely ruined the natural look.
To make matters worse, the lace was fragile and ended up ripping, which is unacceptable for a wig at this price.
Overall:
Poor communication
Wrong size sent
Limited customization (despite “human hair”)
Dark, non-transparent lace (not suitable for lighter skin tones)
Weak lace that tears easily
Final verdict: I do NOT recommend Hair Vivi.
Especially if you are a beginner or expect a truly natural look—this is not worth the money.

1. About the capsize. Based on your measurements, the S capsize is small for you. So we arranged a new M capsize for you. We checked our system, and the capsize is not a problem. We indeed shipped out the M one for you. If it is still small for you, we suggest purchasing the large one next time.
2. About the hairs. All HairVivi wigs are made of 100% virgin human hair. If you purchase a natural color undyed wig, you can color it darker or brown. But you purchased a #613-based colored wig, it is already colored so light. As our own hair, if you color it very light already, your stylist won't suggest coloring it again, same as our wigs. And it is pre-bleached already, if you bleach it again, it will easily make the knots broken which shorten the hair lifespan. If you really want to change the color, please ask a professional stylist help you.
3. About the lace color and quality. Kindly email us some pictures of you wearing our wig in daylight without any filter and then we can better check the problem. All the lace we use is HD Swiss lace, which is the best one on the wig market. It is delicate, but also fragile. Kindly let us know your treatment so we can know what's wrong with it.
