TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service, DO NOT USE THEM! You get a new account manager every month who does not answer their phone or email. It takes them more than 24 hours to respond. The equipment stopped working. I tried to get them to send someone out to check on the units. After getting passed along in their vortex of call centers they asked me to figure out what was wrong with each unit. I have a business to run and I'm not a technician. As a paid service they should provide good customer support and maintain their product. You will wait on hold for hours, never speak to the same person twice, never get a call or email back.
