unreliable travelling agency!
unreliable travelling agency with poor customer services! Should have read more about this company before booking my flights! When I booked my tickets from Finland to Germany, i was asked on their website if i would like to add an extra baggage to my tickets as it was not included. I added baggages on both my inbound and outbound flights and paid for them at the same time when i booked the tickets. When I checked for my flights on the airline's official website, only 1 extra baggage was added to my outbound flight. No baggage has been added to my inbound flight. Sent two emails to Cheaptickets.hk to ask about this. Got no reply. Called their customer service hotline. A guy picked up and he said he would check for me. But he hung up in the middle of the call. It wasn't an accident because it happened TWICE! I called them twice to resolve this matter but he did it twice. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. The problem is still unresolved and i'm leaving soon in 2 days. Probably will have to pay again for the baggage at the airport. ---updated on 19th May, 2019. I tried calling again on the next day after writing this review and another girl from the hotline helped me with my problem. I guess i just had bad luck with the first guy who was rude and didn't care about my problem. This company needs to train their staff properly.
