Tops run consistently large
I bought a jumpsuit and got it made custom to my measurements. It arrived and the top is at least 4 inches too big. I reached out to customer service and they said it's not their fault because they followed my measurements, insinuating that I must have got my measurements wrong. Another bridesmaid just got theirs delivered with custom measurements, and hers is also too big on top! So they obviously are just getting it wrong. Very annoying to have to pay to have a £90 jumpsuit tailored after getting it made custom to my measurements - why offer custom measurements if you can't do it right?
