Duplicates in package. 2 of the same each time
So, I made a monthly subscription recently. The first order was great -I received 2 boxes, which is correct. Then the next month they sent 2 same boxes. I have 1 child. Then the month after the same again. 2 duplicates in the shipment. Customer service blames me, that I can choose beforehands what the packets will contain and they are not taking back the useless duplicates. -plot twist: there is NO way to choose what goes in the package. It is duplicates for ever and ever if you stay a subsriber. I obviously left.
