Extremely Disappointed
Ordered a Cosmic Galaxy cake for my daughter’s birthday, but what was delivered was completely different — wrong shape, wrong colour, missing toppings, and nothing like what I ordered. I tried calling customer service several times, but no one answered. I also messaged on WhatsApp with no response. Eventually, I emailed with pictures, and only received a generic reply the next day saying they would “investigate.” Despite multiple follow-ups, I never got any proper resolution. The cake was so disappointing it ended up in the trash — it completely ruined my daughter’s birthday. Very poor service and zero accountability. Avoid Cakes and Bakes.
