Scam Company
I used the NEAT platform in Hong Kong before it was migrated to Raypd. I sent a transfer of HK$13,300 to my accountant using Raypd. Raypd wrote the transfer was successful and deducted the amount from my company account balance. However, when sending the money, they changed the name of the recipient bank, so the money bounced and was returned back to Raypd which they now hold. Customer Service after 5 weeks have said they are looking into the case through generic emails. I have had to open a police report into this. I went to visit Raypd office in Hong Kong only to find the company address they use is completely empty. I am now in contact with police and Hong Kong monetary authorities. This bank is not to be trusted!
