They disguise themselves as the actual airline and that's just the beginning of the scam. Booked internal flights with the airline as we are on holiday and needed to have the extra luggage. Went through the booking process and ticked the drop down to add extra luggage on our outward and return journey. After purchasing it all looked fine and was told our tickets would be emailed within two hours, I had an email but not from the airline it was from Airpaz and this was just to sign in, NO TICKETS ATTACHED. I signed in and this is when I noticed our extra baggage was only for our outward journey not inbound, it still had the notice tickets would be emailed with 2 hours. I've been in contact with this company regarding the two issue's for over 8 days with over 8 emails trying to get sorted. When I look now it says the tickets have been issued but they haven't. They will give you the runaround, contradict themselves, tell you it can be rectified by adding "sports equipment" and then you get email saying the request has not been accepted and to disregard all previous emails and there's nothing they can do. So they have taken our money, only added the baggage one way ( I have witness's that can verify it was done both ways) and still no tickets!
