Fantastic Screen and Exactly What We Wanted!
We really appreciated the service we received from MSW. The order process was simple and the delivery was timely and ahead of schedule. The screen is awesome and is exactly what we wanted. Only one very minor issue during installation of the Zig-Zag retractable screen for our bi-fold patio door. I read the instructions thoroughly and watched the animated install video. As I proceeded to the install, the instructions were clear on eliminating the slack when sliding the Magnet Profile to the other side of the opening, but not clear if there was not slack. I needed to adjust the cord lock tensioners before sliding it over because it would not slide past the midway point of the door opening. Again, not a big issue, but maybe something for the company to consider as a part of a instruction revision.
