Extremely disappointed
I have been dealing with your company for over 15 years and never had such bad service. While visiting my daughter in New York i ordered a digital caliper to be sent to her apartment and the postal service claim that it could not be delivered. Just for the record i got stuff delivered from Amazon, Bose, Target,delivered to the same address. Had the post office called me i could have gone to pick it up in New York. Despite numerous emails by the time i found out what had happened my visit was over. I actually went to Home Depot and purchased one on my last day. Got a response from Bob Nalbone. I eventually emailed him suggesting that he credit my account as i am no longer interested as i have returned to Trinidad. So far no response. Everyone can screw up but this poor response is disappointing. My workshop is full of your companies tools. I do not plan to abandon Micro Mart as this company provides a essential service for the hobby but i will consider competitive options in the future.
