It’s one off them if I could off given 0 I would Terrible ruined my trips as these are third party group and any changes or cancellations flights hotels a nightmare cost me money for their changes and all they do is blame other parties whilst costing you money and time and stress I going to deal direct with airplane etc as they will sort things out and not stress you on holiday and cost you money Their trying to do to many things ,so be warned if a problem arises they will not help much unless. You part with more money In whole completely ruined my 30 day trip would actually put you off ever going away as it more stressful when your return flight cancelled and they were blame airline asking me to purchase again TERRIBLE
