shocking company
I did not want to give this place 1 star. I had to, to give a review. I ordered a dress way back in March. I waited and waited. It did not arrive so I emailed them. I discovered that they not only Sent it to the wrong person they sent it to Ireland, I’m in the Uk. After lots of emails backwards and forward, trying to get my money refunded. They agreed only to pay me 70 per cent of what I paid. This was on 10th May, needless to say I’m still waiting. Shocking company. Their emails, I believe are just templates send by people who don’t speak English. I will carry on trying as I don’t want other people to suffer this appalling service.
