very disappointed with the customer service
I’m very happy with the lit bike, however very disappointed with the customer service. 2 days after placing my order, they dropped the price another $200. I tried and tried to get refunded the difference, but they said NO. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED with them. Soooo many companies would do this for their customers.
