I have been using PrivateVPN for a while now and it has been perfect, however, a couple of days ago i needed to update the app but there was some sort of an issue and no matter what i tried, it wasn't happening. Today, JC came along and thanks to her/his perseverance, it was fixed, it took a while but it has been done and couldn't be more grateful. Great service from PrivateVPN, great support, JC, you are a genius!!
