BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANYS NON-EXISTENT RETURN POLICY. THEY WILL COME UP WITH EVERY EXCUSE TO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT. I purchased a $1,600 ice cream machine that was described as capable of making 1.68 gallons at a time and when I received it the MAX capacity was ONE gallon. Also described as making 6.3 gallons per hour which is also false when it takes 40 minutes to make the one gallon MAX I could make. I have been going back and forth with this company for two months to return this machine and they are coming up with every excuse in the book to not honor their policy. Now I am out $1,600 DOLLARS. Before making any large purchases beware they if you are not satisfied you WILL be stuck with it. That is if they even respond to you. I have been waiting a month now for a response.
