Voucher?????
Shopee releases a voucher that allows one to redeem 8$ upon a 32$ spend. Twice the voucher still had a red button that stated "CLAIM" when I did claim it-it automatically stated all redeemed. Generally if all vouchers are fully redeemed the fully redeemed sign shows up- and one does not see the CLAIM sign at all-this saves the customer from clicking on it to be just told it is fully redeemed----these two times, despite there being only the CLAIM sign and me clicking on it -I was told it was all redeemed after I clicked it-this is just so unprofessional of Shopee because it is such a waste of the customer's time. Since it happened 2x-it makes me wonder if the voucher really exists

The online app is poorly developed
The online app is poorly developed. The free gift promotions are ambiguously worded, leaving shoppers confused about which items need to be purchased to qualify for the offer. For example, on 28 May 2025, the site stated that spending $38 SGD on Unilever products would entitle customers to a free mop and bucket. However, after adding more than $38 SGD worth of Unilever items to my cart, the free gift did not appear in the order summary.
When I contacted customer service, the officers were unable to explain why this was happening. They assured me they would get back to me by 6 PM on 28 May, but no one followed up—I had to call back myself.
I ended up calling a total of four times, and each time, it was clear that no one had a proper understanding of how the app works or how to assist customers effectively.
The significant waste of time caused by NTUC’s inefficient app and untrained customer service staff is simply unacceptable.
It is time for NTUC to improve its app and ensure its customer service officers are properly trained to resolve such issues within an hour.
