Very small, difficult to get refund.
I bought a pair of white ankle boots size 8.5 uk. They were so small I couldn’t even get them on. The whole boot was very small, narrow heel and sole, no width or length related to size ordered. Applied for a return label and sent photos x 4 as requested. Offered 20% refund and keep boots, declined, then offered 40%, declined as I don’t want them and struggling to get full refund. Unhelpful . Sizing definitely not corresponding with UK or EU .
