Best Hair Extensions and Customer Support …
I immediately emailed Customer Support to alert them that I didn’t receive my package. It’s quite urgent as I’m using my hair extensions for my Son’s wedding 💒. Andra coordinated with me and went above and beyond to help me with my order. When we confirmed that my package was lost/stolen, she immediately replaced my order and provided me with the tracking number. I couldn’t thank and appreciate her more as time is of the essence to receive the order in time for my Son’s wedding on June 12th. I’m yet to receive the replacement but I’m grateful beyond words for Andra’s swift action and coordination. I have used Irresistible Me (IM) clip on extensions in the past and for me, they’re the best in the market! Again, my sincere thanks and appreciation to Andra for working with me from start to finish for my lost/stolen package! I need to look good for my Son’s wedding and I hope to receive the replacement soon! Loved the product and loved their Customer Support team especially Andra💗!
