CLEVGUARD ARE SCAMMERS
Well the watsap programme ro protect my daughter worked for about a week then didn't. The video only worked once. I asked for a refund and they said it wasn't their issue but mine so no refund. I argued for 34 emails and they offered me 30% back. I formatted my daughters phone then reinstalled it again. It worked for a week then stopped again. They refused a refund again them after 3 weeks in total I got my refund. After that I looked online only to find this company do this constantly. The positive reviews are from employees. I told them from the get go I am dissabled with learning dissabilites . Although when it comes to phones computers etc I'm fairly good. They basically made me beg for a refund and I believe I got more than most other people. The programmes don't work after a short time and they will say its a you issue and not them. They also try and make you buy other products by them. This is the onky site that says they are legit, many others say they are scammers. THEY ARE SCAMMERS They said I would receive the refund within 2 hours of getting the email confirming a refund. The reply they sent when I didnt get my refund for days was ... (we never said it would be in 2 hours) That was their reply to me, and their reply that someone would be in touch .... Well that's all they said. SCAMMERS
