Double booking
Good selection of hotels and prices .The booking windows were a little slow and I had a problem in that the hotel I chose had One Room left at this price and after the click to book up came in red sorry someone else had booked the room but I could book another room at the hotel at a higher price. This I did do and the booking went through. Later I found TWO emails confirming the original failed booking and the second booking. Contacted the hotel who confirmed that I had two booked rooms. Cancellation of one room was easy on the website
