Good food, missing ingredients, poor customer service
Pros: Food is fresh; recipes are easy; portions are decent; product arrives in timely fashion; good selection of meals Cons: Boxes ALWAYS have missing ingredients and/or recipe cards. Customer service is negligible to non-existent. Responses are spotty, vague, and are always prefaced with a statement declaring how busy they are. Cooking instructions aren't always accurate.
