Waste of time
Your intake said I was an upper intermediate. I believe I am a lower intermediate but it doesn't matter because the "customized" lessons for me were very much beginner lessons with words like "ciao" and "mi chiamo". These are among the first things I learned as a beginner many lessons ago. Also the voice recognition was faulty often not correctly capturing what I said and then telling me how to say correctly what I had already said correctly.
