DO NOT EVER BUY FROM VIEWQWEST, ANYONE. ONCE YOU HAVE PROBLEMS, YOU CAN *NEVER, I REPEAT, NEVER, EVER* GET A MANAGER AND ABOVE TO TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE NOR IN PERSON. ALL THEY HAVE ARE POOR MINIONS FROM THEIR PHILIPPINES CALL CENTRE WHO ONLY KNOW HOW TO REPEAT WHAT THEY ARE BEING TOLD TO REPEAT LIKE PARROTS. And the service sucks big time, Broadband Internet is unreliable (read others' comments on the Internet and other Facebook groups), some websites cannot be accessed (while mobile connection via other ISPs work), they change configuration without informing, disrupting your home network, and when u ask for assistance, all that they can do is to tell you to reboot your routers. COMPLETELY HOPELESS SERVICE. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE AND GET LOCKED DOWN! And after that they refuse to let you go nor refund you any money for their appalling services. Blood suckers!
