Low quality, slow delivery times, rubbish customer service.
Updated review - The the jumper arrived after I needed it. In fairness to the business they do share their delivery times - and it’s shipped from Hong Kong. The Christmas jumper wasn’t a jumper. The business describes it as a sweatshirt but it’s not really sweatshirt material - more like a felt that’s high polyester thread. Not the quality I expected for the cost so returned. After some back and forth the business gave me a full refund minus the delivery cost which wasn’t returned.
