My rep was Cathy and she communicated clearly and quickly whenever I had a query. I think the price could have been better but I only ordered the minimum, plus there are the costs for the mould and shipping and handling. Although I had some concern with the quality of the work, overall it was a good job. The design and style were as requested but the colour was a bit off for some items. In their defence they did advise to use silver where I chose gold. The overall time from payment to receiving was about 3 weeks (China to UK). Shipping was quick and via Fedex, with each tag being individually wrapped and nicely packaged as a whole. I have already decided that I will definitely use them again.
