I cannot recommend them enough.
It is a shock in these times to come across a company with excellent caring customer service both by email and phone. I found them to be super, fast to respond to my email, and very efficient, customer service agent Adam went above and beyond to be of service, unasked, Adam found the make of contact lens I have been using that I was unaware of, just by me sending a photo of the little aluminum container. All the reps I dealt with, Laura by phone, Tommy, Bob, and Adam by email, were both helpful and courteous. I only wish all companies were as efficiently staffed and trained. Thank you, Laura, I have just been notified that my lenses are arriving today, that is only 24 hours since I first ordered them. Fantastic service, I appreciate it.
