Delivery got lost but this "company"cant initiate a investigation, the SELLER has to do that not the Buyer. Its the LAW ! They got an email from me that they have to request an investigation at my service provider who lost it and requested that for a refund to be made. The sellers delivery company must do that due to data protection issues but the waited 2 weeks and did NOTHING. These are CRIMINALS. NEVER order from them kust use aliexpress. 230 Euros STOLEN and ignored from these chinese P R I C K S. Completely dumb and disastrous.
