Top tier customer service experience
I've never had an issue with any of my vaporesso products, that's why I continued to purchase their products over a 10 year span. So I've never had to use their customer service but I finally had an issue so I had to contact them and the communication was flawless. They were quick, understanding, polite and beyond helpful. The whole process took four days to get a replacement shipped out and it would of been quicker if I would have seen their email faster then I did so that's on me because they were quick with their responses. I am already amazed that their quality of products are outstanding but now I can say that their customer service is too. I'm not sure exactly who I spoke with or if I was speaking with the same person the whole time because they didn't leave their name at the bottom of the emails except on one and her name was Wendy so to Wendy and the whole team at Vaporesso, thank you very much! They have my support and recommendations to anyone in the future looking for a company that puts their products and customers first.
