Items are all really nice for the price, however have been trying to return my items for 6 days, have followed their procedure and emailed them twice to be told to wait another 24-48 hours each time. Its a shame as i want to order more from them, but I'm now a bit cautious as how long is it going to take (a) for me to get an address to return the actual items and (b) to get a refund for my items. website is fab, staff are friendly, items are value for money, just a shame that they dont have their refund department in better operation because it's letting them down.
