Ordered a charm as a gift on June 8th…
Ordered a charm as a gift on June 8th and it is now June 19th...and it says the order is STILL being "fulfilled." Have tried calling and e-mailing and no one has answered. I need a refund because you better believe I was CHARGED immediately...funny how fast THAT process was huh?
