Delayed items, rubbish customer service at first. But resolved in the end.
I ordered on the 4th of December. Only just arrived on the 29th. 2 weeks of no communication, only to be told after I chased them up, that some of my items were out of stock and they were waiting for them to be manufactured and restocked. After weeks of unhelpful and rude customer service who just kept copy and pasting what the tracking was saying. I was finally contacted by someone who was actually helpful and understood my frustrations and came up with a helpful solution. I now have my husbands christmas gifts. Even if they were really late, he certainly enjoyed them. Quality is better than expected and the sizing is pretty spot on too.
