I can not refund my order!! Now £60 down.
I can not refund my order!!! it is a nightmare, (£60) the quality is absolute rubbish. My 7 year old daughter could have stitched clothes together better then Yoins. I have been on their returns aftercare site and gone through their so called "returns process" and yet after 5 times of live chat with them I still have not heard from their returns department and now I am outside my 30-day returns deadline! This is because of them not coming back to me, the commutation is the worst I have even knew and now I am £60 down and left with some totally crap clothes. *NEVER SHOP WITH THEM* I am not one for leaving reviews, this is my first bad review, I do not do this however I am disappointed that here I am!
