==Update== Update from 1 to 3 starts. After posting the below comment I got a follow up from Tomtop which refunded fully for the headphone. It is unfortunate that I had to use a public review to get the right attention to my issue. ------------------------------------------------------------------ ==Disclaimer== Buying products from TOMTOP is a lottery - if you get a damaged product you will pay for it. I will never buy anything from them again and you shouldn't as well. Instead, buy from Amazon which takes customer trust as a serious thing. I bought two wireless headphones, similar to the iPhone one. When the package arrived one of the headphones was working but the other had an issue with the left side. It didn't turn on at all. After two back-and-forth sending videos to prove it was broken they offered to refund half of the value of product, which is an absurd! A company that offer this kind of deal CANNOT BE TRUSTED as it takes by default that the customer is a liar.
