Not happy with the process to cancel
Not happy with the process to cancel my subscription. I got the diet book and found it hard to navigate and big recipes, it doesn’t seem very personal except my name on the front I cancelled in january and received and email saying my workput membership amd current membership was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. I was charged $149.99 on my PayPal account today and they said they will only refund 50%, even though i have an email saying they wouldn't be charging me any more. I had also cancelled my subscription on PayPal but they still took money. I realized I should have also deleted them from my payment page - my mistake but they still shouldn't have taken money. Not happy 😒
